1. Customer Acknowledgement

You acknowledge agreement with these Terms & Conditions of Sale by the placement of an order to purchase a product from Visual Answers Ltd. In addition, by placing an order on this website you are confirming that you are eighteen years of age or older, you are the same person as named on the credit card used to make the purchase or that you have authorization from the credit card owner to use such credit card, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

All sales shall be deemed made in the UK, regardless of your location as a customer.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with other incorrect information due to a typographical or other error, Visual Answers will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed incorrectly. Visual Answers Opticians shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your order has been cancelled, we will notify you by phone or e-mail within 24 business hours. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Visual Answers Opticians shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. If a product offered by Weston Opticians is not as described your sole remedy is to return it to Weston Opticians for a refund.

All promotions are subject to availability and inventory. Visual Answers Opticians reserves the right to change, alter or cancel promotions at any time without notice.

5. Deliveries

While Visual Answers will endeavor to meet quoted delivery times, any period for delivery is estimated and is not a contractual commitment and Visual Answers Ltd shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising out of the delay.

Whilst Visual Answers takes care to ensure that technical advice given by its employees and agents are always accurate and responsible, Visual Answers shall not be liable for any loss or damage or injury, consequential or other wise, resulting from the acceptance of such advice.

10 . Return Policy

At Visual Answers, we always want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know that you may want to return items. That’s why under our 14-day money back guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item.

In addition to your 14-day return guarantee, customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven working days. This means you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.

To cancel the purchase within this seven-working-day cooling-off period, you should note on the delivery slip that accompanies the items giving the reason for the return as “contract cancellation”. Package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered.

Please return the product at your expense in an undamaged condition in the original box with all materials and package inserts. A copy of the original packing slip must accompany the return together with a brief explanation as to why the product is being returned.
